SOFTWARE TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Sometimes after software updates are made, it is necessary to clear your browsing history, cache, or cookies to view the updated version of the software. Please follow these trouble shooting steps if you experience issues after a software update.

Step 1: Force Refresh Cache

Open your browser.

On your keyboard, hold down “Ctrl + F5”.

This should clear all local browser cache.

Step 2: Clear Browsing History, Cache & Cookies

If Step 1 doesn’t work, follow these troubleshooting steps:

To clear the browsing history, cache, and cookies for any workstation, please follow the steps below per browser:

Google Chrome: Ctrl+H > Clear Browsing Data > Ensure all items are checked > Select “Clear Data”

Mozilla Firefox: Menu bar> Select History > Clear Recent History

Safari: Select Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences. > Select Privacy > Remove All Website Data > Remove Now
